Some people tend to get hung up on the fact that Bruce Lee was a movie star -- and as a result, ignore his actual skills as a martial artist.  I thought this would be an opportune moment to remind everyone of exactly how much of a badass he really was.

Today we look at a Tae Kwon Do technique, Middle Fore-Fist Punch.  I always figured that they didnt even bother to teach punching techniques in TKD.  It sure doesnt look like it when you see a TKD guy fight
