Everyone likes Ninjas, right?  Well, except for Pirates, of course, but they dont count.   Anyway, if you DO like ninjas and kick ass martial arts sequences then you should definitely check out Shinobi: Heart Under Blade.

Shuriken are generally associated with the Ninja.  Being the secretive group that they are, it is hard to find good information on their use.  Never fear, for I have found a video (granted, it is in Japanese, but that’s just a minor detail).
