Shotokan Karate is, possibly, my favorite style of Karate (either that or Kyokushin…).  In any event, today’s video is a look at some aspects of Shotokan.

I apologize for the lack of a video yesterday.  I was out of town, and my hotel didnt have wifi!  Imagine that.  Today’s video is from Kyokushin Karate, and is all about punching.

Today’s video is an American Kempo Karate technique “Five Swords”.  The instructor is less than graceful, to be sure, but he seems to know what he’s talking about at least.
