Fighting Is Your Friend (commonly abbreviated to FIYF) is a martial arts blog, forum, and general resource for all those involved with, or interested in, the Martial Arts. Â It was started in January of 2008 as a hobby, and in April of 2009 became Fighting Is Your Friend, LLC. Â Fighting Is Your Friend was founded, and is owned, by Damen Knight.
