I dont much like knives (odd, since I like swords so much). Â They are extremely hard to defend against, and you almost always get cut. Â That said, not everyone shares my views and learning proper techniques is extremely valuable.
Continuing with weapons, today let’s look at the Tonfa. Most people just know it as the police night stick/club, but it is actually an ancient martial arts weapon.
Shuriken are generally associated with the Ninja. Â Being the secretive group that they are, it is hard to find good information on their use. Â Never fear, for I have found a video (granted, it is in Japanese, but that’s just a minor detail).
